Based prices:
Small House: Starting at: $130 to $160 ( 1 to 2 Bedrooms)
Medium House: Starting at: $170 to $200 ( 3 to 4 Bedrooms)
Big House: Starting at: $210 to 260UP ( 5 to 6 up Bedrooms)
Due to different basement sizes and features, we will price your basement separately during our visit for the final price.
Please be aware prices may change based on the location, status of your place and how often the cleaning will be.
Extra Cleaning Service:
Fridge Cleaning: $30 – $60
Freezer Cleaning: $40 – $70
Oven Cleaning: $30 – $80
Microwave Cleaning: $10 – $30
Dishwasher Cleaning: $20 – $35
Laundry and dishes are not included in any service, unless you add them to your cleaning service for an extra charge.

2. Airbnb cleaning service:
This service it requires a method to clean and sanitize from top to bottom, so your next host can be able to book your place, get a clean, fresh living place and in exchange you will be having great reviews for your business from your hosts.

3. Regular Cleaning service:
What is a regular cleaning? Regular cleaning is the best option if you want to keep your house clean and dust-free while also combining the basic weekly tasks. This cleaning gets done based on how often you would like your cleaning service; it can be weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, or monthly.

4. Deep Cleaning service:
What is a deep cleaning? A deep cleaning, on the other hand, is a specific service that will provide you with a very detailed job, as opposed to a regular cleaning that will only provide you with the basics and not a full deep cleaning where each corner of your house will be cleaned and sparkling.

5. Move in/out Cleaning Service:
What is a move-in or move-out cleaning? Move in: This type of cleaning is done before you set up your belongings in your new place, so you can start living into the cleanest and most fresh experience of your new place. Move out: This service is done when it is necessary to either sell, rent, or give back the place to your landlord, so you can present it like new and get your deposit back or get your place sold faster.

6. After Construction Cleaning Service:
What is an after construction cleaning”? The name itself says it’s “After Construction.” This cleaning gets done in the whole building from top to bottom; it doesn’t mean just wiping, sweeping, or vacuuming. Is more detailing
- Remove any remaining construction debris
- Take out stains and spots such as paint and caulking splashes and adhesive residue.
- Wipe down windows, glass door, and partitions.
- Remove any stickers on glass or appliances
- Scrub doors, baseboards and frames
7. After Party cleaning Service:
What is an after party cleaning? If you are deciding to organize a birthday, graduation, wedding, or just a simple party and not worry about the cleaning after the good time, then this is the best option for you, so you don’t have to worry about it and don’t even get stressed; just let us help you and do the job for you.
- Empty trash
- Wash and clean dishes
- Clean baseboards, doors, and walls
- Throw away or package leftover food and put it away if the client requested
- Put all furniture where it belongs or if they are foldable tables/Chairs and requires putting them on a specific section for pick up the job can be done that way too.
- Disinfect and Sanitize toilets, sinks, countertops and every single place that requires to be clean
- Vacuum and mop
